Graduated in mechanical engineering with distinction from RIT, Jamshedpur (now NIT Jamshedpur) in 1993. He has started his career with Usha Martin Industries as graduate engineer trainee and further joined Bharat Electronics Limited (a navaratna PSU under ministry of defense) in 1997. He is instrumental in design, development & manufacturing with different high tech equipment such as RADAR, battle tanks, night vision devices, solar products & products related to communication & tracking systems. He has immense pleasure towards education and completed MDP (from MDI) & LA (from LRQA). Being a part of major defence supplier, he is in resonance with Quality, Technology & Innovation.
 
As a part of fascination & love towards education and listening towards the heart beat of Navi Mumbaites, he was compelled to choose education as his second career option. He started group tuition with one of his engineer friend (graduated from IIT) in 1997. Due to growing demand of quality education for engineering aspirants, they had given the shape of an institute with the brand name Engineers’ Academy, Navi Mumbai in 2001. Today, EA is at par with any premier institute for national level engineering entrance exams such as IIT / AIEEE / BITSAT / VIT etc with 100 % selection. Growing demand of engineer Kanji has turned him into Professor Kanji. He enthusiastically quit his job from senior management position in 2009 and totally engaged him to generate more successful youths.

He has a mission to impart number ‘1’ guidance for engineering entrance to the Indian students.
